Wellington Consulting Group, Ltd. was founded by Jane Dowling, PhD. in 1996 to provide comprehensive, innovative evaluation, development and data management services to the For Profit, Non-Profit, Government, Education, and Health sectors. We have expertise in a wide range of settings including public and private schools, arts and cultural organizations, universities, local and state government agencies, and community health organizations.
