The Wellington Group provides consulting services in evaluation, research, program development and training to corporate, government, not-for-profit and education sectors. To begin our work, we will meet with you by phone or on-site to see how we can best serve you. Next, we will prepare an in-depth consulting proposal, which includes the following:

• An estimated timeline for project milestones and deliverables.
• An outline of the responsibilities of the Wellington Group and the client organization.
• Estimated costs for personnel, support services and expenses. Our fees are generally based on hourly rates and expenses, determined by the type of engagement, and the time required by our staff to accomplish the work.

We work with you closely as your project progresses so that you achieve each of your targeted milestones on your way to reaching your goal. We maintain an ongoing relationship with all of our clients and continue to provide consultation and advice on an as-needed basis. Because we keep our overhead low, we are able to tailor the work we do to accommodate the needs of our clients and keep the cost of our consulting work to a minimum.
